Description

The Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES and certain school districts, counties, cities, towns, and villages require electricity. They have formed a Cooperative Bid Group authorized by General Municipal Law Section 119-o to contract with vendor(s) and establish prices for electricity supply services for the contract term from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027. The bid aims to select vendors to provide electricity supply to the Participants under the cooperative agreement.
