Description

This IFB is issued by the State of Utah Division of Purchasing and conducted by the Division of Wildlife Resources to contract aerial seeding services. The contractor will provide labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals to aerially apply seed over approximately 991 acres in the Book Cliffs of Uintah County, UT. The contract requires completion of Black Horse Ridge aerial seeding by October 18, 2026, and Big Park aerial seeding by October 25, 2026. No mandatory site visit will be held, but bidders are strongly recommended to inspect the site prior to bidding.
