Suffolk County Community College is seeking a reliable, experienced, and qualified contractor to provide environmental consulting, testing, and monitoring services on an as-needed basis. Services include testing for asbestos, lead, mold, legionella, and indoor air quality, as well as air monitoring and project management. The work will be performed at any of the college's facilities across its three campuses located in Brentwood, Selden, and Riverhead. The contract term is two years with three optional one-year renewals.
