Indianapolis Public Schools is seeking proposals for a district-wide wireless network upgrade, targeting both main campuses and Innovation Network Schools. - Government Buyer: - Indianapolis Public Schools (Board of School Commissioners City of Indianapolis) - OEMs and Vendors: - Preferred OEM: Ruckus or equivalent for routers, switches, wireless access points, antennas, and wireless controllers - No specified OEM for firewalls - Products/Services Requested: - Routers: 5 units (Ruckus or equivalent) - Switches: 250 units (Ruckus or equivalent) - Wireless Access Points: 540 units (Ruckus or equivalent) - Wireless Controller: 1 unit (Ruckus or equivalent) - Firewalls: 2 units (any OEM) - All equipment must include necessary software, cables, connectors, modules, transceivers, cords, antennas, and mounting hardware - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Proposals must clearly separate eligible and ineligible costs per FCC E-Rate rules - Compliance with IPS policies, Indiana Code, and exclusion of equipment from companies deemed national security risks - Multi-year contracts considered; annual maintenance and support may be included - Proposals must reflect Lowest Corresponding Price (LCP), GSA pricing, and applicable discounts - Diverse and local supplier participation encouraged (MBE, WBE, VBE, DOBE, local business forms required) - Only electronic submissions via Indigo Bonfire Procurement Portal accepted
