Description

Canoe Procurement Group of Canada, on behalf of CivicInfo BC and other associations, is requesting proposals for Parking Infrastructure Operations and Management Services to establish a regional and/or national contract solution under the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (CETA) for use by its members. The services include comprehensive parking management solutions such as facility operations, revenue management, staffing, enforcement, maintenance, safety, data analytics, consulting, and equipment acquisition. The solicitation requires turn-key solutions combining equipment, products, services, delivery, and installation, excluding equipment/software-only solutions and categories covered under other Sourcewell solicitations. Proposals must be submitted through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal by November 5, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. Central Time.
