Scope 1.1 In the event of a conflict between section "C" and section "D" of the contract/purchase order, section "C" will take precedence. 2. Applicable Documents 2.1 Certain documents pertaining to this item are classified. The seller must be cleared. A DD-254 is required. Vendor requires access to confidential information. PSSSN21C-133 is classified. Classification is classified (C-NSI). The IRPOD specifies the document that is classified in the contract/purchase order. 2.2 Applicable documents include technical data such as IRPOD, drawings, technical data, STRs, military specifications, and CID, obtainable at https://logistics.unnpp.gov/ecommerce. Requirements 3.1 NAVSUP WSS-MECH code N94 additional technical documentation and order of precedence are detailed, including the resolution of document conflicts, effective issues, and use of document revisions. Contractors shall comply with the specified revisions and obtain approval for any deviations. 4. Quality Assurance 4.1 The quality assurance requirements are located in the IRPOD. The contractor shall provide and maintain an inspection system acceptable to the government, keeping records available during performance and for the required period. 5. Packaging 5.1 Packaging requirements are clarified for cleanliness control, MIL-STD standards, and the use of MIL-DTL-24466 green poly bags. The use of fire-retardant packaging material is no longer required. MIL-STD 2073 packaging applies elsewhere in the schedule. 6.
