This opportunity is for bus transportation services supporting the U.S. Army's Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Center (JPMRC 27-01) rotation on Oahu, Hawaii. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, 413 AQ HQ Contracting Office, Fort Shafter, HI - 413th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB), DEPT OF DEFENSE, DEPT OF THE ARMY, AMC, ACC, ACC-OO - Services Requested: - Leased 50-passenger buses with drivers - Must seat at least 40 passengers (excluding driver) - Climate controlled (heating and air conditioning fully functional) - Transportation between airports (Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Honolulu Airport) and training sites (Schofield Barracks, other Oahu locations) - Operating hours coordinated 24 hours prior to execution by Contracting Officer Representative (COR) - Multiple trips scheduled; quantities per trip range from 1 to 4 buses, with several trips having TBD quantities - One overall line item for bus transportation services as per Order Sheet - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or bus manufacturers are named in the solicitation or attachments - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Buses must be leased with drivers - Minimum seating and climate control requirements - Flexible, on-demand scheduling coordinated by COR - Competitive solicitation set aside for small businesses under NAICS 485510 - Evaluation based on technical approach, relevant experience, and price - Estimated Contract Value: - Based on scope and typical rates, estimated range is $100,000 to $350,000 - Potential Competitors: - Major commercial bus operators and leasing companies with operations in Hawaii - OEMs such as Motor Coach Industries, Prevost, and Van Hool (for bus supply) - Period of Performance: - Services required from mid-October to late November, approximately 1.5 months - Multiple trips scheduled within this period, with flexible and on-demand service

Description

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) Solicitation for Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Center (JPMRC 27-01). 

The service period of performance (POP) will be from 11 October 2026 to 26 November 2026.

The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to provide Bus transportation services in support of 25th Infantry Division JPMRC 27-01 rotation at Schofield Barracks and other various locations on the Island of Oahu. This procurement is a competitive requirement.
