Description

This action is an out-of-scope modification to an existing Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity contract. This modification will incorporate additional software engineering and technical support services for the Modeling and Simulation of Electromagnetic Warfare Effects Rehearsal for Kill-chain Analysis and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures Validation software system. Additionally, this action will execute a contract ceiling increase for the VX-9 Strike Warfare Team to provide continued analytical, engineering, and technical support required to pace with Agile directive mandates.
