OEM Advantest Software Base + 3 OY with 2 Windows 11 Laptops
This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside requirement for Brand Name AD-21 Advantest Software.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as applicable, which shall be considered by the Government.
Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with RFO 12.203. The Government intends to select the offer that represents the best value to the Government, based on the following evaluation factors:
1. Technical Capability, including proposed delivery date;
2. Price;
3. Past Performance.
The evaluation factors are listed in no particular order of relative importance. The Government reserves the right to make an award based on the evaluation criteria established in the solicitation.
