Description

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, NextCom LLC (dba NextComputing), for the reprocurement of thirty (30) Mobile Cyber Analytic Toolkits and associated embedded software, documentation, training, warranty, and related deliverables. The Government requires delivery of the first three (3) kits within 30 days after award to support testing, validation, and authorization activities prior to fielding the remaining units. In addition to meeting the required delivery schedule, the contractor must provide a conforming solution that satisfies the technical specifications and interfaces with the current Government Big Data Platform. This acquisition is being conducted under 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented through the revised FAR Part 12 procedures adopted by DoD Class Deviation DARS Tracking Number 2026-O0028.This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations. No solicitation document is available. However, any responsible source that believes it can satisfy the requirement may submit a capability statement that demonstrates its ability to: (1) deliver the first three (3) kits within 30 days after award; (2) satisfy the required technical specifications; and (3) provide a conforming solution that interfaces with the current Government Big Data Platform. Submissions must be received by the point of contact identified in this notice no later than 23 September 2026 at 16:00 EDT. Capability statements will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
