The U.S. Marshals Service is seeking quotations for the supply of four used vehicles for its Technical Operations Group under the FY25 IOD TOG program. - Government Buyer: - Department of Justice, U.S. Marshals Service, Technical Operations Group, Procurement APC (Austin Processing Center) - OEMs and Vendors: - Chevrolet (General Motors Company) is the specified OEM for Tahoe and Silverado models - Equivalent commercial vehicles from other OEMs are acceptable - Products Requested: - 2 used Chevrolet Tahoe 4WD 4-door SUVs (2025 or newer) with Max Trailering Commercial features or equivalent - 2 used Chevrolet Silverado Crew Cab Short Bed 4WD 4-door trucks (2025 or newer) with Max Trailering Commercial features or equivalent - All vehicles must have 5.3L EcoTec3 V8 engines, 10-speed automatic transmissions, and specific safety and mechanical features - Exterior colors: Sterling Gray, Dark Ash, White, or Black (Tahoe); Sterling Gray, Slate Gray, White, or Black (Silverado) - No panoramic sunroofs allowed - Each vehicle must have no more than 5,000 miles - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Vehicles must be used (new vehicles not accepted) - Buy American compliance required - Delivery within 30 days after contract award - Warranty coverage: 3 years basic, 5 years drivetrain, up to 6 years/100,000 miles for corrosion and roadside assistance - Each vehicle must include: window sticker, equipment sticker description (Excel spreadsheet), CARFAX report, and a picture - Duty Delivery Paid (DDP) terms - Total small business set-aside; lowest priced technically acceptable offers will be considered
