UTV GRAVEL SPREADER IN SUPPORT OF IOWA CITY VA HEALTH CARE SYSTEM

This is a solicitation conducted using RFO Part 12 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures).

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested.
