Description

The University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) is seeking a campus planning consultant team to provide on-call services for planning studies that will support various campus initiatives including development projects, physical master plans, and an updated Long Range Development Plan (LRDP) for the main campus. The services may include broad campus evaluations and focused studies to create a physical planning and land use framework for a 20- to 25-year planning horizon. The consultant will work under a non-project specific Professional Services Agreement with task authorizations over up to three years, with an option to extend for two additional years.
