Description

Federal Prison Industries (FPI), known hereafter as UNICOR, located at 400 First St. NW, Washington, DC, is issuing Request for Proposal (RFP) SV0236-26. As a best value to the Government, SV0236-26 will be issued as potential for a single or multiple award of a firm-fixed price (FFP), indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with Economic Price Adjustment for PCU325620325620 (Toilet preparation manufacturing). The RFP will be for hygiene kit items to be delivered to the Distribution Services Center, located at the UNICOR Factory at Federal Prison Camp – Bryan, Texas.

The performance period will include one base year and two option year periods, with an Option to Extend Services under FAR 52.217-8 for up to an additional six-month period. The anticipated Effective Date of Award (EDOA) is December 14, 2026.

This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This will be solicited open market on an unrestricted basis. The NAICS code for this requirement is 325620, Toilet Preparation Manufacturing.
