Description

Multidiscipline Design and/or other Engineering Services are being procured in accordance with the Selection of Architects and Engineers Statute (PL 92-582, formerly known as the Brooks Act), 40 USC Chapter 1101 et seq., as implemented by RFO Part 36.102, as required for design support primarily for projects within or assigned predominantly to the Norfolk District (NAO) Area of Responsibility (AOR), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). Contract capacity may be shared with North Atlantic Division (NAD) AOR and other Department of War Agencies or USACE Districts upon approval by the Contracting Officer and acceptance by the Contractor. This multiple award contract (MATOC) will support Norfolk District and all its programs.
