Goochland County is seeking a qualified consulting firm to conduct a comprehensive assessment of its financial operations, policies, procedures, internal controls, and related business processes. The consultant will evaluate the effectiveness and adequacy of current financial and administrative practices, identify improvement opportunities, and provide recommendations to strengthen governance, improve efficiency, enhance controls, mitigate risks, and promote accountability.
