Description

The City of Garland is soliciting bids for the replacement of 12 burner gas valve assemblies on Unit 4 at the Spencer Power Plant in Denton, TX. The scope includes demolition, installation, calibration, testing, and documentation of the new valve assemblies. The work is to be completed during the Spencer Plant outage from December 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027, within a twenty-day consecutive period. A mandatory site visit is required on September 15, 2026, and bids must be submitted electronically by September 29, 2026.
