Description

The City of Palm Desert is seeking Statements of Qualifications from experienced economic development professionals or firms to provide strategic advisory, capacity building, business attraction, developer and real estate advisory, transaction support, and project delivery services. The consultant will augment the City's existing Economic Development team, providing senior-level expertise and hands-on implementation support without replacing the City's function or exercising governmental authority. The goal is to accelerate priority economic development opportunities, develop staff capabilities, and transfer knowledge and tools to City staff. The engagement includes a broad range of service areas such as strategy development, market intelligence, project delivery, and staff coaching.
