The solution should support the full lifecycle of the City's legislative and public meeting processes, including agenda development, meeting administration, minutes preparation, public access to materials, video streaming, records management, and related workflows. The goal is to improve efficiency, reduce duplicative processes, enhance accessibility and transparency, integrate with existing technology, and ensure reliability and sustainability. The contract term is three years with two optional one-year extensions, for a maximum duration of five years.
