Harmony Public Schools is seeking proposals for the construction of a new, one-story, 55,000 square foot elementary school facility in Fort Worth, Texas. - Government Buyer: - Harmony Public Schools (Director of Construction: Mehmed Milanovic) - Project Scope: - Ground-up construction including site development, parking lots, playgrounds, landscaping, and all major trades (concrete, drywall, glazing, finishes, roofing, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, low voltage) - Installation of security, access control, video intercoms, structured cabling, audio-visual, PA, intrusion detection, access control, video surveillance, underground fiber optic, and fire prevention systems - Provision of 128 parking spaces (including ADA) and 36 bike racks - Compliance with Texas Accessibility Standards and ICC 500 storm shelter standards - OEMs and Key Products: - Atlas Roofing Corporation: EnergyShield XR Continuous Insulation - W.R. The project involves building a one story 55,000 square foot elementary school facility including parking lot, playground, and landscaping. The construction scope includes concrete, drywall, glazing, finishes, roofing, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, landscaping, low voltage, and other related work as specified in the project documents.
