The project includes modifications to curb and gutter, mountable central and splitter islands, pedestrian ramps and sidewalk tie-ins, storm drain relocations and adjustments, street lighting, signage, pavement markings, boulevard restoration, and other associated improvements within the existing intersection limits. Bids are to be submitted by October 6, 2026, and will be publicly opened and read aloud via Facebook Live. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on September 28, 2026, at the City of Billings Public Works conference room.
