Description
His Majesty the King in right of Ontario, represented by the Ministry of Transportation, plans to issue a Request for Qualifications to acquire a Software as a Service solution for an Integrated Transportation Asset Management Solution. The solution will provide a centralized platform to manage transportation infrastructure assets across their lifecycle, improving visibility, supporting evidence-based investment decisions, optimizing funding allocation, managing asset risks, and maximizing long-term value and performance. It will be an enterprise application used by Ministry staff to manage provincially owned highway infrastructure assets, conduct cross-asset optimization and prioritization, and interface with other Ministry systems. This initiative supports modernization of transportation asset management capabilities through a cloud-based platform for data-driven investment planning and lifecycle management.
