The work includes clearing designated cul-de-sacs, courts, and the Village Hall/Police parking lot. Contractors must provide all necessary labor and equipment and be available 24/7 from November 15, 2026, through April 15, 2027, to respond to snow and ice events as directed by the Village. The contract term is for the 2026-2027 snow season with an option to renew for two additional one-year terms for the 2027-2028 and 2028-2029 seasons upon mutual agreement.
