This solicitation is for HVAC replacement services at the Caltrans District 1 Equipment Shop located at 1650 Albee Street, Eureka, CA 95501 in Humboldt County. The contractor is required to remove and legally dispose of one 3-ton gas furnace and air conditioning unit, and furnish and install one new 4-ton air conditioning unit, one new 3-ton gas furnace and air conditioning unit, and one new Mini Split cooling and heating system, along with related equipment and materials. The contractor must have appropriate licenses and registrations, including a valid C-20 or B contractor license and registration with the Department of Industrial Relations.
