Description

This solicitation is for a Small Business Minor B contract for patch and seal maintenance of a station parking lot in Mono County. The contractor must be a certified Small Business under section 2-1.05. Bids over $484,000 will be rejected per Public Contract Code 10105(b). Payment bonds and insurance are required at the time of award if the company is the low bidder and awarded the contract. Bids must be submitted by email only; hard copy bids will not be accepted.
