Description

The Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) is conducting an expedited rate proceeding to add power rate adjustment mechanisms to the FY 2026-2028 Power Rate Schedules and General Rate Schedule Provisions (GRSPs) for the remainder of the BP-26 rate period. This action is in response to a recent district court decision and aims to recover an additional $250 million from power rates, resulting in a 6.3% increase to the average effective Priority Firm Non-Slice power rate.
