Description

The project involves furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation required for tenant improvements at the Santa Cruz Downtown Library. The scope includes construction and installation of building systems, architectural elements, interior partitions, glazing, ceilings, railings, finishes, millwork, minor structural work, and roof deck elements. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-voltage systems will be installed or modified. The project is managed by the Economic Development and Housing department of Santa Cruz.
