Description

The Department of Commerce is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors to provide Business Recruitment Consultant Services for the East Coast Region. This is a one-person role to support efficient communication in a high-paced environment. The independent contractor will exclusively represent Kansas and oversee recruitment services across multiple East Coast states including Connecticut, Maine, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, West Virginia, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina. The contract period is from July 18, 2027 through June 30, 2030, with options to renew for two additional twelve-month periods.
