Description

Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified service providers for the provision of purchasing card services on a multi-year contract for the Department of Financial Services. The contract aims to improve purchasing and accounting efficiency, enhance reporting and visibility of purchasing data, and provide timely payments to merchants. The selected provider will offer program design, implementation, card issuance and administration, billing services, training, customer support, and utilization monitoring and reporting capabilities. Proposals are due by October 12, 2026, and a pre-proposal conference is scheduled for September 23, 2026.
