Description

Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) seeks firm-fixed price bids to provide labor, material, and equipment necessary for conditional assessments, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and planned component replacements on 109 elevators located on LIRR property. The contract term is three years with an option to renew for an additional two years. A Pre-Bidders Conference and Site Tour will be held starting September 28, 2026, at Lynbrook Train Station. Bids must be submitted electronically via the MTA Portal by October 22, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
