The City College of New York is seeking a contractor to provide preventative maintenance services for Eaton-manufactured electrical equipment at its campus. - Government Buyer: - City College of New York, Office of Facilities Management and Campus Planning and Design - Contact: Ashford Charleus, Director of Operations Support and Asset Management - OEMs and Vendors: - Eaton (primary manufacturer of transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, and protection systems) - Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) for protective relays - Products/Services Requested: - Preventative maintenance for four Eaton isolation transformers (GO #MNY005256, Items 021024) - Maintenance for Eaton PXG-600E voltage transformers (12 units total across Utility Switches 3-6) - Maintenance for Eaton VCP-W 150 vacuum circuit breakers (4 units, one per Utility Switch 3-6) - Maintenance for SEL-787 protective relays (4 units, one per Utility Switch 3-6) - Maintenance for Eaton FP5200 protection systems (4 units, one per Utility Switch 3-6) - Inspection, testing, cleaning, and reporting for all listed equipment - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All work must be performed by factory-trained or manufacturer-authorized technicians experienced with Eaton equipment - Maintenance must follow Eaton's latest procedures and comply with IEEE, ANSI, and NETA standards - Contractor must be an authorized Eaton service provider or employ certified technicians - Compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and all relevant safety regulations - Up to four mobilizations included; detailed service reports required after each mobilization - No prior similar contracts have been awarded in the past five years

The City College of New York (CCNY) of the City University of New York (CUNY) is seeking a contractor to provide preventative maintenance services for isolation transformers and medium voltage switchgear items 06-09 Switchgear 6. The scope includes inspection, testing, cleaning, and reporting in accordance with Eaton's maintenance procedures and industry standards. The contract term is one year, and work will be performed at 160 Convent Avenue, New York, NY. Prospective respondents must complete the attached Invitation for Bid (IFB) and submit it to the designated contact.
