MTA Construction & Development (MTA C&D) is seeking a Project Management Consultant (PMC) for the Metro-North Railroad Hudson Line Bundle. The project includes a design-bid-build component to be performed by the Design-Build Contractor. The PMC will ensure compliance with all applicable requirements, regulations, and standards. Project components include Track 1 Electrification and Substation Upgrades, Track Profile Raise, Undergrade Bridge Replacement, and Slope Stabilization.
