Pricing is requested for 1-, 3-, and 5-year Co-Termination, Subscription, and Enterprise Agreement licensing options. Vendors must follow RFP 126-2-10-20, provide current SKUs, separately identify eligible and ineligible costs, and maintain a valid SPIN/498 ID. No licenses may be provisioned before written District Notice to Proceed. Proposals are due by October 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST.
