Texas A&M University-Kingsville (TAMUK) is seeking proposals for a turnkey solution to design, manufacture, deliver, and provide training for a fully outfitted, road-ready mobile concession trailer for campus events. - Government Buyer: - Texas A&M University-Kingsville, Office of Business Operations, Procurement Services - Scope of Work: - Design and build a 20 ft mobile concession trailer compliant with federal, state, local, and university regulations for food service, transportation, safety, and accessibility - Delivery of the trailer to TAMUK campus (FOB Kingsville, TX) - On-site orientation training for staff (Aramark and Campus Operations) covering operation, cleaning, maintenance, and fire-suppression checks - Products Requested (with quantities): - Mobile Concession Trailer (20 ft): 1 - 40 lb Deep Fryer: 1 - 36 Flat-Top Griddle: 1 - 24 Charbroiler: 1 - 2-Burner Hot Plate: 1 - 2-Well Steam Table: 1 - 36 Sandwich Prep Unit: 1 - 48 Stainless Prep Table: 1 - 30 Upright Refrigerator (18 cu ft NSF): 1 - 32 Chest Freezer: 1 - Hand Sink (knee-operated): 1 - 3-Compartment Sink (with 18" drainboards): 1 - Services Requested: - Design and manufacture of trailer - Delivery to campus - On-site orientation training (approx. 4 hours) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All equipment and trailer must meet food service, transportation, safety, and ADA accessibility regulations - Utility systems, fire suppression, warranty, and regulatory support required - Documentation to be delivered within 30 days after trailer delivery - Preference for completion within 120 calendar days after receipt of order - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; commercial kitchen equipment must be NSF-certified and suitable for mobile food service - The opportunity is open to qualified vendors capable of providing a complete, compliant solution

Texas A&M University–Kingsville (TAMUK) is seeking a qualified vendor to design, manufacture, deliver, and provide staff training for a fully outfitted, road-ready mobile concession trailer approximately 20 feet in length for campus events. The trailer will be operated by TAMUK's dining partner (currently Aramark) and must comply with all federal, state, local, and university regulations related to food service, transportation, safety, and accessibility. The solicitation includes requirements for the trailer's construction, delivery timeline, and training. Responses are due by September 30, 2026.
