This is intended as a sole source solicitation to Virtual Marine for night vision and chart plotting software. Please review the attachments for further information.

Quotes shall be submitted to CJ Jones at claudette.j.jones.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 21 September 2026 at 1:00PM EST. Quotes shall follow the submission instructions listed in the RFQ/solicitation attached.
