Description

This solicitation is for a Master Agreement under which the contractor will provide Fire Suppression System Services to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR). Services include maintenance, repair, and testing of fire suppression sprinkler and standpipe systems, fire alarm panels, fire pumps, and related equipment at CDCR locations. Compensation will be based on rates specified in Exhibit B-1, covering labor, transportation, materials, permits, and other necessary expenses. The contractor is responsible for maintaining system efficiency and performing repairs as needed, including emergency and overtime services.
