This procurement seeks weekly non-hazardous solid waste collection and disposal services for the Crow Service Unit and associated facilities in Montana. - Government Buyer: - Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Service, Billings Area Office (Crow Service Unit) - Scope of Work: - Weekly collection, transportation, and lawful disposal of all regulated commercial and residential solid waste - Service covers six locations: Crow/Northern Cheyenne Hospital, Pryor Health Clinic, Lodge Grass Health Clinic, Crow Agency Quarters, Lodge Grass Quarters, and Crow/Northern Cheyenne Hospital 18 Plex - Contractor must provide all labor, vehicles, equipment, supplies, and solid waste containers - Containers required include: - 1 x 25 Yard Roll Off Compactor - 2 x 6 Yard Rear Load Containers - 4 x 6 Yard Waste Containers - 37 x 90 Gallon Waste Containers - Contractor responsible for permits, licenses, regulatory compliance, contingency plans, and timely correction of missed pickups (within 24 hours) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) - Evaluation based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) - Contractor must clean up any spills or damages and maintain contingency plans - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; container types are specified generically - Period of Performance: - Base year of 12 months with four additional 12-month option years (up to 5 years total)
