The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 20, is seeking qualified sources for kitchen equipment maintenance and repair services at the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center in Spokane, WA. - Scope includes: - Preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, emergency services, testing, calibration, and technical support - Coverage for all kitchen and dietary equipment at the facility - OEMs and brands covered: - Oasis - FryMaster - Keating - True Manufacturing CO. - Hoshizaaki - Duke - TurboChef Tornado - Federal Industries - Crane National - Beverage Air - Manitoc - Hoshizaki INC - Jackson - Hobart - Wells - Follett - Gaylord Pacific - Traulsen - Rationale - Equipment types include: - Refrigerators, freezers, ovens, ice makers, dishwashers, ventilator hoods, snack machines, and other branded kitchen appliances - Contractor requirements: - Provide all labor, materials, tools, transportation, and qualified technicians - Ensure safe, reliable, and continuous operation of food service equipment - Emergency service provision is required - This is a new requirement, not previously contracted - All listed equipment must be covered under the service agreement

Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY.  This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations.  The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement.  The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following services:

Title: Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center Kitchen Equipment Regular Maintenance and Repairs Requirement is for comprehensive preventive maintenance (PM), corrective repairs, emergency services, testing, calibration, and technical support for all kitchen and dietary equipment at the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center (MGVAMC), 4815 N Assembly Street, Spokane WA 99205. This is a new requirement not previously contracted. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, transportation, and qualified technicians to ensure safe, reliable, and continuous operation of all food service equipment.
