Description
The State of Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT) is soliciting proposals for ERP Production Support services. The contract will provide continuous support to monitor, maintain, and enhance all SAP applications and modules as listed in the solicitation attachments. The contract term is ten years and includes maintenance and operations as well as enhanced process improvement support. The awarded vendor will collaborate with DoIT, end user agencies, and third-party vendors to deliver the services. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held via webinar.
