Description

The Minnesota Department of Human Services is seeking proposals for a contractor to administer the Nursing Home Worker Supplemental Wage Payment Program. The program provides one-time supplemental wage payments to eligible nursing home workers who worked between January 1, 2026, and June 30, 2026. The contractor will provide end-to-end administrative and operational support including data collection, application intake, eligibility verification, multilingual customer assistance, payment administration, reporting, audit support, and program integrity activities. The contract is anticipated to start on December 1, 2026, and end on January 1, 2028, with possible extensions up to five years.
