Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) aims to establish a contract for procuring Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, including installation and support services, for the Minnesota E-ZPASS Express Lanes roadside system on I-35E and I-394. The project supports the current RFID protocol SeGo, as well as TDM and 6C protocols for Electronic Toll Collection interoperability. The contract includes purchasing E-ZPASS Group certified multiprotocol RFID readers, antennas, ancillary equipment, and related construction installation and maintenance support services. The Department of Administration, on behalf of the Minnesota Department of Transportation, intends to establish this contract for ongoing support of MN E-ZPass operations.
