Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC) is seeking professional services to complete the East Strip Utilities and Development Study for the Lake Hood Seaplane Base (LHD). The study aims to evaluate future aviation-related development opportunities on the east side of the Lake Hood Airstrip and establish a preferred development concept to support future airport development. The consultant will develop and evaluate multiple development alternatives consistent with the Airport Layout Plan (ALP), identify necessary infrastructure, prepare planning-level cost estimates, coordinate with utility providers and regulatory agencies, and advance the preferred alternative to approximately a 35 percent design level.
