The Department of Information Technology Services (MNIT), in partnership with the Minnesota Department of Corrections (DOC), is seeking a vendor to provide a secure, modern, and operationally sound electronic services and communications platform for incarcerated persons across all Minnesota DOC facilities. The platform will include infrastructure deployment, system architecture, integrated communication services, device management, and support for various communication modalities including voice, video visitation, and messaging. The vendor will be responsible for physical deployment of MNIT-owned wireless access points, coordination with facility leadership, and compliance with security requirements.
