Description

The City of Bakersfield is seeking a local contractor to perform air board compliance monitoring and reporting as required by permits from the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District. The work includes monthly emission testing for cogeneration engines, monthly gas analysis, and annual source testing for engines, boilers, and flares at Wastewater Treatment Plant 2 and Plant 3. The contract has an initial one-year term with the option to renew annually for up to four additional years, totaling five years. The contractor must complete the work timely to avoid contract termination.
