Description
The City of Trenton is soliciting sealed bids for furnishing and delivery of hot mix asphalt material for the Department of Public Works, Division of Transportation and Engineering. This project is partially funded by Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and administered by the City of Trenton's Department of Health and Human Services. The contract requires compliance with prevailing wages under the Davis-Bacon Act and includes labor standards, nondiscrimination, minority and female participation, MBE/WBE participation, and Section 3 resident and business participation requirements.
