This solicitation is for the reconstruction of approximately 38,000 square yards of asphalt roadway, replacement of 4,800 linear feet of 8" and 12" water main, and lining of 1,800 linear feet of 8" sanitary sewer main in five neighborhood locations on the south side of Denton, Texas. The project includes construction services, design services, soft costs, and right of ways. The City of Denton is seeking experienced contractors to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions for municipal challenges. A pre-proposal meeting and site walkthrough are scheduled, and original hard copy bid bonds are required before submission.
