Description

The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) is seeking proposals for professional planning, urban design, landscape architecture, and transportation planning services to develop a comprehensive Streetscape and Mobility Plan for Exton Crossroads. The plan aims to improve multimodal connectivity, streetscapes, placemaking, wayfinding, and the public realm within this regional activity center. The study area is centered at US Route 30 and PA Route 100, extending from Ship Road to Whitford Road, and Rockland Drive to Howard Road.
