Description
The City of Torrance is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to update the Sewer System Master Plan, CIP No. I-168. The scope includes all labor, equipment, materials, and accessories necessary for a complete and usable project. The project requires knowledge of applicable industry standards, laws, and regulations, and the successful proposer must hold a current Professional Engineer license issued by the California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists.
