Description

The City of Torrance is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to update the Sewer System Master Plan, CIP No. I-168. The scope includes all labor, equipment, materials, and accessories necessary for a complete and usable project. The project requires knowledge of applicable industry standards, laws, and regulations, and the successful proposer must hold a current Professional Engineer license issued by the California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists. Proposals must be complete and comply with the RFQ requirements, and the City intends to award a contract to the best overall quality selection of equipment, products, services, and prices.
