Galveston County is soliciting qualifications from licensed professional engineering firms to provide pre-award application services and post award professional engineering services in support of the Community Development Block Grant Mitigation Reallocation Program (CDBG-MRP), administered by the Texas General Land Office. The selected firm(s) will assist in preparing applications and, if funded, implementing one or more projects under the CDBG-MRP. The County has not identified specific projects yet, and the firm(s) will help develop project scope, budget, maps, service areas, and other technical information for up to three MRP applications.
