The City of Gaithersburg is seeking sealed Proposals from qualified contractors to provide maintenance, repair, and installation services for plumbing equipment at various City-owned or leased facilities and parks on an as needed basis, through the issuance of Executed Task Orders. The City intends to award individual time-and-material contracts to up to two successful Offerors for durations up to five years. This solicitation is open for proposals until October 22, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
